All bookings made with Loch Ness Cruises are subject to the following terms and conditions. By making a booking with LNC, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings can be made either in person at our office located in “Celtic Crafts Gift Shop”, via email or by using our online booking tool on our website “lochness-cruises.com”. Our online bookings are handled by planyo and this allows you to view live availability and secure a ticket for our tours. Planyo has it own terms & conditions and you should make yourself familiar with these.
Your personal data will be stored securely and never for longer than is necessary.
For the avoidance of all doubt, all our tours are subject to weather conditions and this remains the decision of LNC.
In the case of LNC cancelling a tour due to weather, a full refund will be given or an alternative date will be offered.
When a customer wishes to cancel, cancellations received 48 hours prior to tour commencing will receive a full refund, minus a £2 administrative fee. Within the 48 hours of the tour, no refund will be offered.
Any changes/ cancelling of a booking must be made in writing to “info@lochness-cruises.com”
Loch Ness Cruises will not offer any refund or compensation for passengers who arrive late to a tour. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure they have checked in and are at our departure point at the requested time for their tour.
All under 16’s must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
We operate a no smoking vessel, this includes both our indoor and outdoor area.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry to tour and no refund will be given.
Photography and filming for personal use is encouraged on our vessel. Commercial photography and filming must receive prior written approval from LNC and we retain the right to any images of our vessel/ staff. By publishing photos and videos of your tour online, you agree that LNC may use them for promotional purposes. We may occasionally take photographs of our passengers for promotional use and we will seek permission from passengers before we take any photos. Drones are not permitted on our hourly cruise but can be used during private cruises with prior approval.
LNC accepts no responsibility for equipment that is damaged/ lost on our property.
Our captain may, at his/her full discretion, refuse to board any passenger who display vulgar or improper conduct, anyone who the captain reasonably believes will cause danger to the crew, other passengers or the vessel or anyone who refuses to obey the crews instructions, any applicable laws or our terms and conditions. In any circumstance, the passenger will not be entitled to any refund.
